My paintings are the little pieces and my life is a comet. I view my work as an opportunity to reach out and let others in. My passion to paint comes from a deep desire to communicate and better understand the things that surround me. I find it difficult to paint things that I do not understand. Painting allows me the opportunity to be still with life, to observe, to learn, to paint.
