I quickly developed a passion for clay and have never looked back, opening my first studio at LibertyTown in 2003 and moving to a larger space in early 2005. In early 2006 two pots were juried into the 2006 International Orton Cone Box Show and will be traveling internationally with that show for two years. When the opportunity presents itself, I work in high-fire porcelain. Currently most work is in mid-range porcelainous clay, which achieves the translucent quality of high-fire porcelain when sufficiently thin. Most pieces are small and decorative, fired multiple times, with post glaze firing of enamel and gold lustres. Please visit my website at |
